Healthy Eating Resources from Zing As promised, here are the healthy eating resources as promised by our friend, Hettie.
Hettie from Zing, who has worked with our school for a few years looking at healthy eating, has shared the following information with us:
- Basic food recipes (including items you will find in a foodbank box): We have assembled a selection of recipe cards which are based on creating nutritious family meals from basic provisions. We feel that everyone in Somerset should have access to ideas and inspiration for cooking simple, healthy food. These are available to view and download for free on our website: Healthy Somerset
